Herefordshire's Ben Williams, Will Merryman, and Sam Westcott prepare for Midlands Under-16 rugby trials at Wimslow Grammar School

THREE Herefordshire lads will be taking part in Midlands Under-16 rugby trials at Wimslow Grammar School in Cheshire tomorrow (Saturday).
Scum-half Ben Williams, from Bishop’s School; Will Merryman, from Kingstone School; and Sam Westcott, also from Kingstone, will be vying for a place.
Williams will start at scrum-half for the Red team and Merryman has been named as a replacement.
Wescott has been listed as a replacement in the Blue team.
After this match, which kicks off at 2pm, the Midlands selectors will name a squad to take part in the Divisional Festival at Broadstreet from February 10 to 12.
