Chamber Awards website is now live
7:00am Wednesday 10th March 2010
THE Chamber Awards website hwchamberawards.com is now live and entries are being accepted for this year’s prize event.
Entering is free and easy to do for the contest organised by the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.
The awards give businesses the chance to raise their profile and celebrate achievement.
They are open to all businesses – both members of the chamber and non-members in the two counties who believe they deserve recognition.
The winners will be announced on Thursday, June 10, at the Chamber Business Awards evening at West Midland Safari Park, near Bewdley.
The black tie event will begin with a Pimm’s reception at the newly-refurbished Spring Grove House, followed by drinks and networking in magnificent gardens with entertainment from a string quartet.
Guests will make their way to the African-themed Tree Tops Pavilion where they will enjoy a three-course meal and the awards ceremony.
Phil Bufton, group managing director of Central Group, said: “Winning the chamber award for business of the year enhanced our business considerably.
“Our customers and, more importantly, our potential customers consider that the award from such an esteemed industry body such as the Chamber of Commerce speaks volumes about our company.
“The criteria to win is so rigorous and it compares all other quality companies in the area in the selection process.”
The closing date for entries is 4pm on March 31. For more details, call 0845 6411641 or email awards@hwchamber.co.uk.
